Seated Tai Chi on a Monday

Tai Chi is a Chinese way of staying healthy in mind, body and spirit. Doing Tai Chi can keep you active in a positive way. The slow flowing and circular movements are pleasurable, and even if you cannot manage any large movements “little and often” is good as they say. We focus on what we are doing in a way that stops the mind from wandering into daydreams.
Joining our Tai Chi sessions can elevate your mood and raise your spirits. The stretching we do makes us feel more alive !
